Confronting fear

What Are You Looking At

What Are You Looking At

This painting, titled "What Are You Looking At", is about facing our deepest, darkest selves.  It is about fear.

Fear not acknowledged breeds worry, doubt and anxiety.  When we ignore or dismiss what lies in the dark, it creates obstacles and manifests as blocks and stagnation (psychically and physically).  By confronting our fears we become empowered to move through oppression and face off any adversity.
